To Whom it may concern:
This submittal for the above referenced subdivision which is required for the on-site septic & well eater
review. Attached is my site plan showing all of the surrounding wells in the area of this new subdivision.
All of the surrounding lots have good well flow data between 100 feet and 265 feet, some have no records
but I have talked to each of them for the record. The nitrate levels in the surrounding wells are very low,
from 0 to 0.1 mg/L , see attached MOA file reports.
Four test holes were done on this property, two for each lot, and found the same material SM/ML for the
entire 18 foot depth with no ground water through the seasonal high water reading of May 2019. All of the
peres were 40 minutes per inch which is normal for the area.
The reserve area (16,000 so for a primary and secondary system has been shown for lot 2, and well radius',
see the site plan.
This new subdivision will not impact any of the neighboring properties and the slopes are less than 1
percent or flat. There is more than adequate drinking water the existing lots and the additional proposed
lots.
