Re: New septic system
Legal: Moon Subd. Lot 35A & 35B (S12087)
To Whom it may concern:
The letter is to answer the questions concerning the possible On-site septic design on the above
referenced lots. Both lots already have new septic permits and a well permit for lot 35A, see MOA
permit OSP 141317 and OSP 141318. The following is an itemized list of the type soils and water
table elevations discovered on each lot:
1. Lot 35B has an existing well which produces 1.6gpm and depth of 93 feet, static water at
58 feet. The proposed lot size is 1.25 acres and the soils consisted of silty gravels and
sands (GM/SM) for the entire 14 foot test hole depth.
2. Lot 35A has an new well which produces 10gpm and depth of 120 feet, static water at 48
feet. The proposed lot size is 1.25 acres and the soils consisted of silty gravels and sands
(GM/SM) for the entire 14 foot test hole depth.
The soils and water flow are excellent and will support an on-site septic and well system. Please
