To Whom it may concern:
This is my submittal and documentation to show that the proposed Timber Trail Subdivision Tract
1 C 1 and 1 C2 will not impact the neighboring lots, either with the two new proposed wells or the
septic systems. Attached is the site plan showing the two proposed wells and septic sites for the
subdivision plus the neighboring wells and their flow rates. The two wells in Raptors Knoll (lot
2&3) have over 10 gallon per minute flow rate with a depth of around 250 to 300 feet. The lot to
the south (Iliamna Acres Lot 1) has 10 gallon per minute with a depth of 66 feet. The lots
surrounding this subdivision have lots of water and at two different levels therefore they will not
be affected by the addition of two new wells for this new two lot subdivision. The new additions`
well has a lot of water available at two different levels of over 10 GPM. `�

A four test hole was excavated and found silty gravels GM, for the entire depth with no bedrock or
water observed. The perc rate was 12 minutes per for each of the four test holes. From the site plan
the slopes are fairly flat (less than 5-10 percent) at the test hole locations. The lots are large (one
acre plus) and the soils are good with no ground water or bedrock.
This proposed new subdivision will not impact any of the neighboring properties.
