Access on the Uest is provided by 584 ± L.F. Of frontage on Edwards St. There is no .access to the Uorth. Tract "A" has eno (100'x200') concrete block building, housing a roller skating rink and is located 489'± frm the South prcAerty line, and 71'± from the East property line.
