are owners, either singularly or jointly as husband and wife, or as

of proof of said transaction with the duly elected officers of said
association. Membership will be maintained by the payment of a monthly

HEETINGS AND VOTING PRIVILEGES
There shall be at least one annual m~et~ng of the general
body to be held in April at a place and time designated at lecst

the executive committee or any three members of the association by

ORGANIZATION AND OFFICERS
The affairs of the association shall be conducted by an
