The referenced lot has a cabin on it that is served by public sewer. It currently has no water service. We are
proposing to have a well drilled on-site to serve the cabin. Attached is a site plan showing neighboring Tots and
separation distances from the proposed well. We are unaware of any adverse impacts that the well would have
on neighboring wells or septic systems.
