can not be granted until the following items have been
completed:
The water analysis report be delivered to this
department from Chem Lab, 5633 B Street, for
our review.
Expose the well for our inspection to determine
proper well construction.
Please notify this department for a reinspection when
the noted descrepancy has been corrected. If there
are'any questions, please call this department.

Dear Sir:
'Fh~~. subject system will be in violation of ~ne PJorough and State
ordinances and policies. A high water table will not allo¥~
your system to function prnperly and canilot be approved tinder
the present standards.
This let'~er is to also inform you %hat once the system is
bein~j used ynu will be ciCed 'to court for disposing sewage in
~.q unapproved system which carries a ~300 a day fine plus
requires the system to be rcu~oved.
At tile present time there is a holding tank ordinance being
set up before the borough asseulbly that would allow you to
dispose of sewage in a ~e~ial ~:~anner and ~ould serw~. your
purpose un~il public sewer is available in tile near future.
You are given five (5) days no~i:e aft. er receip't of this
le~er to contact this office and make arrangements for a
holding '~ank ins'~allation if you qualify or if you want, until
public sewer is available to your lot, 'to preven~ legal action.
