If this subdivision is to be served by on-site water and waste water systems, the support information submitted does not satisfy the requirements specified by AMC 21.15 and 15.65. Specific deficiencies include, but may not be limited to: 1. Inadequate soils testing, percolation testing and ground water monitoring to confirm suitability for development using on-site wastewater disposal systems. Soils logs must have the original stamp and signature of the engineer. 2. Areas designated for the original and replacement wastewater disposal system sites must be identified and must meet all criteria specified in AMC 15.65, including slope setback requirements. 3.
