SUBJECT: Undermountain Estates Subdivision Agreement Time Extension
Dear ~r. Weaver:
My subdivision has remained completely undeveloped since it was platted, and
therefore there have been no changes to affect any neighboring landowners.
Undermountain Estates sits on the top of Hammond Avenue and has no
thoroughfare for public use.
Hopefully this is the information required by the ordinance amending Title
21 ~f the .Anchorage Municipal Code, and together with my enclosed check
#3204 in the amount of $350.00, will facilitate my subdivision agreement
time extension request.
