We find, from review of the data submitted, that the lot sizes are adequate, tile soils conditions are adequate for on-site sewage disposal and the water informa'~ion, supplied from ti~e existing wells in tile area, shows that there are adequate volumes of potable wager to serve the lots iii this su'adivision.
