the permit, by authority of Municipal Ordinance.
If you have drilled the well, a well log should be sent
to this department to document the installation date.
If an engineer inspected the installation of the on-site
sewer system, please have them send us the as--builts for
our files.

Subject: Lot 8 Thibodeau Subdivision
Mr. Pomeroy has endeavored to install an on-site sewer system
on the subject property. The installation was stopped during
the first inspection by this department do to soil strata
not consistent with original analysis.
Subsequent evaluation and existing elevations of the structure
will require an on-site installed in marginal soJ_l for
on-site sewers and to compound the problem a water table is
noted at fourteen(14) feet. 0se of the deeper, marginal
strata and close proximity to water tables is not in the
best interest of ali. concerned.
This department would support .the subject lot be connected
to the public sewer via crossing another residential property.
