It' appears from our research of the in-~mediate surrounding
area that adequate potable water is available.
The operating wells in the area are approximately 150 to
200 feet deep. Valli 1/ue Estates Subdivision has ~ public
v/afar system pumping an adequate supply for the entire
subdivision from a single 8" casing v/ell a.t a depth of appro×-
i~nately 175 feet. Other individual wells irt the area appear
to be of the sa~me general depth and are providing adequate
potable wa~er.
It is therefore my opinion that individual wells on each of the
lots in this subdivision should provide adequate potable water
for single family dwellings. These we[Is faust be placed and
protected in accord with all applicable state and local regu-
lations.
