of Engineer As-built Plans to include pho-cographs as indicated on page 13
of enclosure. This wilt consequently mandate ~hat a ~rofessional' engineer
cunduct b~sic inspection of ~nis project so as to be able to sign off on
as-buil: pla~is. Arran~emen~ f~r this t~s~ectlon work is the responsibility
of the developer.
