Dear Sirs:
Thirteen test holes have been logged and selected samples
laboratory classified for the purpose of estimating the
suitability of the subject area for individual sewage su_bsurface
disposal on the snbject project.
The attached soils logs indicate the soils profiles. The last
entry of each log is a weighted value of the seepage area required
~per bedroom~ 'computed in accordance with criteria established by
the Greater Anchorage Area Borough Health Department. The seepage
area requirements are summarized below.

The Greater Anchorage Area Borough, Department.of Environmental
Quality has reviewed the soils reports for the subject subdtvi-

Prior to our approval of the area as being suitable for indivi-
dual sewer and water systems on all lots, the following addition-
al information is to bm provided to this office,
l. Additional soils analysis will be necessary at the following-
locations; in the area of testhole #2, in the area of testhole
#6, in the area of testhole #9, and in the areas of testholes #12
and 13.
2. We also find it necessary to require that your firm shmw a
diagram of where you recommend alt sewer and water systems to be
placed on all of these lots,
