You are hereby directed to cease and desist from ·all open
storage~upon these premises. You are further directed to police
the premises and adjoining areas so as to leave the lot in a
nuisance free condition. Failure to have your cooperation in
compliance to this letter of Notice and Order constitutes a
misdemeanor for which you can be cited, prosecuted and fined.
Please be advised that if you ha~e objection to the abatement
action, any person having record title of legal interest in the
property may appeal fnom this Notice and Order to the Board of
Building Regulations Examiners and Appeals by filing, with
fifteen (15) days of receipt of this notice, a written appeal,
accompanied by a non-refundable $25.00 fee, in accordance with
Section 8.10.150 of the Municipal Code of Ordinances. Appeal
application forms are available at the Building Saftety Division,
3500 Tudor Road. Failure to appeal will constitute a waiver of
all rights to an administrative hearing and determination of the
matter.
We are setting our file up for a 15 day diary from your
receipt of the letter for r.einspection for compliance.

OBSERVATIONS: Deficiencies Noted:
Trash and Debris - Open storage of bales of paper and cardboard has
created a public nuisance in that the bails have been broken open
and are strewn and blown'all over the neighborhood. This is a
violation of Section 8.10.020(0-]&2)U of the Municipal Code of
Ordinances. This further constitutes a Zoning violation as an '
illegal use in open storage in violaiton of.Section 21-5(M)2(a) of
the Municipal Zoning Ordinance.
