Our concern was with the proposed 33' road and utility easement along the south property line and the creek-bed that runs parallel within the easement. Although at that time there was no flowing water, the creek-bed is well defined and there is evidence of heavy seasonal flows indicated by high water marks, saturated creek-bed soils and aquatic plants. These intermittent flows should be carefully reviewed for proper culvert sizing and taken into consideration in all development and drainage plans for the proposed road and subdivision. /lo/memo/Rob P-590 R FO g £~ -Z 8
