Human Ser~ces This letter is in response to your comments on Short Plat S-9104S, Hillside North Subdivision. Percolation Test Enclosed is a new percolation test for test pit #3. As requested, we performed the test on a soil horizon which was greater than two feet thick. II. Set-Back from Swale We surveyed the property to obtain accurate topographic information Of the lot. The Iow area, test hole and lot lines were surveyed and are shown on the enclosed drawing. We have shown a 100 foot set-back from the swale. With the set-back area subtracted from the total area, there is 36,584 square feet available for the septic system and reserve area. 2~33 W. 15th Ave..
