Dear Mr. Hawthornel
We have reviewed your request and application for the additional
discharge of 900 gallons per day from the Puffin Pond Display to
the septic tank and drainage system. The Department hereby gives
approval for this discharge, with the understanding that the
discharge will commence during the lowest existing flow from the
public restroom building.
Any future expansion of the project will require additional
approval from this office.
