Traffic Engineerng notes Rabbit Creek Rd. is a Class II-A Collecotr. A note should be placed on the plat prohibiting direct vehicular access. A subdivision agreement is also required for street name signs and traffic control devices. Staff Analysis and Recommendation Case No. S-6369 Page 2 RECOMMENDATIONS: Approval of the plat subject to: 1. Showing the plat in a 2 lot configuration. 2. Placing a note on the plat: "Direct vehicular access from this subdivision to Rabbit Creek Road prohibited. 3. Entering into a subdivision agreement: a. to construct Evergreen St. to rural peripheral stan- dards b. for street name signs and traffic control devices. 4.
