The Department of Health and Environmental Protection has
reviewed the design with the soils log and percolation
information as submitted.
The department finds the septic system design will meet
with conditions this department is concerned with.

Disposal Practices 16.45.100 are drawings and. design
pertaining to the proposed subject project (Incl 1) .
Sewage
analysis
There are no wells within 200 feet of the system. The water
supply is to be piped from Building 55804 as indicated in
drawing. This design proposes the construction of latrine
facilities in Building 55805, installing a septic tank and
construction of a seepage bed.
Your early review and approval of this matter will be
appreciated. A written reply will be necessary in order to
install the system.
