a physical field check on January 14, 1983, in addition to a
search of your files. The septic standpipes and community water
well that were located as a result, are shown on the two attached
xeroxed copies.

I am unable to determine frolu our records the exact location of
all septic systems or wells within your project limits.
I did not provide you with xeroxed copies of permits. It is my

understanding someone from your ~' '
files.
My recommendation to your company was to physically field check
the possibility of existing ~e].ls and septic syste~]s, as our
records may be incomplete.
The engineering section oE Anchorage Water and Waste~.~ater
utility also may be of help to you. The phone number is

Dear Ms. Quist:
This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation on Tuesday,
January 18, 1983, and the xeroxed copies of permits provided us.
We understand that there is an existing septic system and single
residence well system on Lot 1 of Lot 25, Section 28, T13N, R3W,
S.M. We understand there are no other septic systems or single
residential wells within 300 feet west of the intersection of E.
42nd Avenue and Folker Street or north along Folker according to
your records.
The project limits for these water and sewer improvements.are E.
42nd Avenue 300 feet west of Folker Street and Folker Street 660
feet north of E. 42nd Avenue.
If this does not accurately reflect our conversation or there are
other septic systems or single residential wells within our
project limits, please notify us immediately as we are currently
designing the above-referenced improvements.
