A sewer, system adequacy test was performed on the System
located on the referenced property as you requested.. Thg:
septic tank was pumped and verified to have a capacity
of 1000 gallons by you on October 29, 1982. The receipt
from the pumper is on file in our office. The standpipe
for the seepage pit had to be located by excavating with
a backhoe. After the standpipe was located it was extended
and a percolation test was performed on the seepage
pit by adding 1000 gallons of fresh water to the system
and after a period of 24 hours measurements indicated
that approximately 736 gallons of water had percolated
out of the crib.
It can be concluded from this test that the waste'water
disposal system serving the three bedroom trailer
located on this property is currently functioning adequately.
However, the system cannot be guaranteed against subsequent
failures.
