The interceptor was to be completed this fall but the Municipality has confirmed there will be a delay until spring 1986. The plan that was reviewed with Robbie Robinson and Bruce Erickson on October 1 involves the placement of a holding tank just off the main sewer line a distance of approxi- mately 700 feet from the two lots mentioned above. The tank would be. installed on undeveloped Lot 11 of Southcreek Sub- division, Phase II as shown on the attached sketch. The tank would be connected to the main line with a new service line that will slope from the main line to the tank. The main line will then be plugged at existing manhole 25 for the period of time the tank is in service. The developer understands that this arrangement is temporary and will be removed when the Rotter Creek Interceptor is operational. On behalf of our client, Alaska Diversified Properties, Inc., we request your permit approval to operate this hold- ing tank.
