Dear Mr. Smith,
Transmitted herewith are soils information, location map, well logs
and well permit copies for the proposed subdivision.
As we discussed previously, the septic system onLot 30A which extends
into Lot 30B will be in an easement which will become null whenever the
system on Lot 30A needs to be replaced.
Lot 30A has a reserve area of 13,500 sf. Lot 30B has a reserve area
of 13,200 sf.
Please review in conjunction with the re-plat submitted by John Sroufe RLS.
