We have discussed our recommendations with the engineer and he is
in agreement. We recommend postponement at this time to allow the
engineer to work out some of the details with the developer.
Our recommendations are:
l) soils tests representative of the entire area;
2) group the lots into pairs if the developer provides public
water to all lots;
3) group the lots into triplicates if public water is not provided;
4) public water to be provided through subdivision agreement;
5) tract lots 15 through 21, Block 3, because this is a swamp as
identified by preliminary engineering submissions and field review.
9) S 3179 Mink Creek Subdivision
We recommend postponement to allow the engineer time to submit the
required data. Data needed:
l) additional soils tests - this test is not representative of the
soils in the entire area and is not representative of the seasonal
high water table;
2) water availability data;
2) all sewer and water systems within the area of influence of the
lots in this subdivision;
4) typical location of sewer and wager system on each lot.
