The Department has reviewed the Engineer As-built plans for the subject
project. Final approval is hereby given for the sewer system. A Certi-
ficate to Operate the water system will be completed upon submission of
well data including construction details, well log, water tests and
stora§e capacity~ Any future expansion of the subject project will
require additional approval from this office.
