We propose to install a 1500-gallon epoxy steep STEP tank with possible anchors. Shallow groundwater was noted in the MOA on-site file. The lot and area are served by private water as noted and there are no wells within 100’ of the proposed STEP tank. The design will not impact any of the neighboring properties. The owner is proposing to build a 4 bedroom house that will be served by a proposed private well and septic system. We are proposing to install a 1500 gallon STEP tank and a bed type drainfield. Attached are a site plan and a design drawing showing the proposed septic system. Two test holes were excavated on the property. The drainfield will be designed around the 30 foot radii of these test holes. Comments regarding the design are summarized as follows: 1. SOILS: See the attached logs which show the soil classifications, groundwater monitoring, and the percolation test results. 2.
