Box 196650 Anchorage, AK 99519-6650 Subject: New Sewer Permit — Miller Von Holzman, Lot 1 The owner has requested we proceed forward to obtain a septic permit on the subject lot. The general slope of this lot is from north to south at a grade of approximately 0-3% over the septic area. We have designed the 5 -bedroom system utilizing the testhole that was performed in the fall of 2014, which results are attached. Groundwater was not noted at time of construction or during monitoring. An existing well is located on the eastern portion of the subject lot as shown. We propose to install a 53' deep trench. Adjacent properties are served by community and private water. There is no surface water within 100' of the proposed system and there are no known curtain drains within 50'.
