Resolving Utility Easements. 2. Dedicating 35' or right-of-way from centerline for Bowery Lane. 3. Submitting an as built survey to Land Use Enforcement verifying compliance with yard setbacks with respect to proposed lot lines and, if necessary, establish nonconforming rights for the deck encroaching into the side yard setback, obtain a variance from the Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals, or remove the deck. 4.
