1. Resolving utility easements.
2. Resolving any non -conforming structures or uses with Zoning Code
Compliance.
3. Showing the grid number (3035) in the title block.
4. Showing the dimension of the stream maintenance/protection easement
on the plat.
5. Placing the following note on the plat.
No structures, fill, paving, vehicles or other materials may be placed within
the 25 -foot stream maintenance and protection easement. No vegetation
may be cleared or otherwise significantly disturbed within the 25 -foot
stream maintenance easement.
6. Resolving with Municipal Traffic Engineering, the need for additional right-
of-way dedication.
7. Resolving with On -Site Water and Wastewater division the following:
The existing Lot 99 has on-site water and wastewater disposal systems
that have not been permitted nor approved by the Municipality of
Anchorage. Prior to approval of this request, all systems must be
shown to meet Municipal requirements and must receive Municipal
approval.
All slope and slope setback requirements for the locations of proposed

SUBJECT: q'IComments on Cases due January 29, 2004
The On -Site Water & Wastewater Program has reviewed the following cases and has
these comments:
S-11241-1 Delucia Subdivision.
Both existing lots in this proposed subdivision have on-site water and wastewater
disposal systems that have not been permitted nor approved by the MOA. Prior to
approval of this request, all systems must be shown to meet municipal
requirements and must receive municipal approval.
S-11242-1 Seaview Heights.
No objections provided all development is served by public sewer and water.
S-11243-1 North Slope— Eklund Subdivision.
The existing L2 B I Eklund Subdivision has on-site water and wastewater disposal
systems that have not been permitted nor approved by the MOA. Prior to
approval of this request, all systems must be shown to meet municipal
requirements and must receive municipal approval.
cS =11244415 Maxwell Subdivision #2.
