Information to satisfy the requirements specified in AMC 21.15 and AMC 15.65 must be submitted for each lot of this proposed subdivision. This information must include, but may not necessarily be limited to: 1. Soils testing, percolation testing and groundwater monitoring must be conducted to confirm the suitability for development using on-site wastewater disposal systems. Ground water monitoring must be conducted during high ground water season in either the fall (October) or spring (April -May). 2. Areas designated for the original and replacement wastewater disposal system sites must be identified and must meet all criteria specified in AMC 15.65, including slope and slope setback requirements. 3. Resolving utility easements. *There are four existing electrical facilities installed under a general easement recorded in Volume 87 at Page 386. Show the 10'T & E easement and the 10' by 35' anchor easement on the proposed plat. 2. Resolving the need for any drainage easements or a drainage plan with Project Management and Engineering, to satisfy the plat note #4 from underlying plat 79- 165 regarding the natural drainage swale across Tract A. 3. Redesigning the proposed subdivision to show that proposed Lots 2 & 3 meet the minimum area requirement for R-9. 4. Showing the dimensions of existing and proposed rights-of-way, and the radius of the cul-de-sac. 5. Providing to Development Services, On -Site Water & Wastewater information to satisfy the requirements specified in AMC 21.15 and AMC 15.65 for each lot of this proposed subdivision.
