As can be seen on the attached well logs the static water levels range from 11 to 45 feet. The wells were drilled in sand, silty gravel and clay soils. Based upon our research there should be no concerns with drilling a well on the referenced property. If you have any questions, please contact us at 337-6179. Per the test hole information that you faxed to me, I did a preliminary design for a 4 bedroom system for the best hole to the west side of the lot. The preliminary design is.as follows; . 4 Bedroom home (2) 67' trenches (total of 194 feet) .. 5' wide trmches with 4' of effective depth of rock 1250 gallon tank Placement of the wells for both lots will need to be near the road way straddling the new subdivision lot line. The preliminarydesign for the east lot is for a 3 bedroom system. The preliminary design is as follows: 3 bedroom home (2) 50'trenc'is (total of 100') 5' wide trenches with 4' of effective doptli of rock.. 1000 gallon tank There are several unknowns as far as elevation and un-plated easements and set-backs: Site conditions will dictate exact placement of components and wells. Additional test holes may be required. . The alternate sites will require the use of an Advantex system In short, there are no guarantees, blit preliminary design shows a possibility. Per our conversation this morning, I have started design for a 4 bedroom system for the west half of the lot. It is sty understanding that you do not want to proceed with the system design for the east half. We should have the design complete in the next couple of days.I will contact you at that time with the design, cost for installation, and invoicing for design If you have any question please feel free to can our office.
