A single test hole showed poorly graded sand and gravels for the entire 17 foot depth. The perc was 2 minutes per inch. No water was observed during excavation of after the 7-day monitoring period. A simple gravity flow deep trench system has been design, see the site plan. The slope at the leach field area is between 5 and 10 percent with no cut banks or open water within 100 feet.
